| How does Flat Rate shipping work? | |
| Simply add as many items as
you wish to your shopping cart, and as long as you are shipping to a state
in the U.S. your shipping total will never cost more than $2.95 (or whatever
the current rate is) for our standard USPS Media Mail shipment method.
Flat Rate Shipping is only valid when purchasing Media Type products (i.e.
audio CDs, cassettes, books, DVDs, movies/videos). Dietary Supplements,
board games, electronics, and video games are excluded from this shipping
method. |

| Do you offer rush order processing and/or shipping? Can my item ever be shipped on the same day it was ordered? | |
All of our orders are processed
within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. If you have special needs
to get your item out the same day it was ordered, make sure to leave
us a message in your order notes and/or send us an email, and we can
usually accommodate a special request such as this. We offer rush shipping
via Priority Mail, whereby your package usually arrives to its destination
within 2-3 days (Hawaii & Alaska may take up to 4 days via Priority
Mail). Be sure to always allow for weekends & holidays for any shipment.

| Do you ship internationally? | |

is proud to offer our services to all international customers. International
Customers will now be able to check for themselves the shipping and handling

Shipping and Handling Chart. Be sure to check the weight (in
ounces) of this item listed in the description section. All international
orders are shipped via USPS Airmail Letter Post, and generally take 4-11
days for transit time. To obtain the shipping and handling charges for

and we will notify you of the cost of shipping and handling to your country. |

| What is the condition of the merchandise that you sell, and what can I expect to receive when I get it? | |
| Everything that we sell is
brand new, in it's original shrink wrap, unused & undamaged, straight
from the manufacturer. We never sell copies of any of our material, everything
that you receive is 100% authentic and original. We do occasionally run
special promotions where we sell some ever so slightly used or damaged
items, however we are always sure to make it VERY apparent that an item
is not new if it is falls under one of these special promotions. |

is obtained directly from the original publisher and is not in any way
copied or reproduced. |

| What do I do if I have something I want to return or exchange? | |
| As per our 30-Day 100% Satisfaction
Guarantee, any product that you wish to return may be sent back to us
for a full refund, less shipping & handling, or for an exchange. Please
note that refunds will be given only after the original order has been

| Where do I send my Money Order / Certified Check for payment? | |
